Our Refund & Return Policy

Our Purchase & Quality Commitment

At Craver, our philosophy is rooted in delivering "brilliance, not basics." This commitment extends to every step of your experience, from our design process to the moment your order arrives at your door.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our Craver Care team at care@craverbaby.com. We will send you a return shipping label as part of our process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We ask that you please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. In the rare event that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact our Craver Care team at care@craverbaby.com immediately.

Refunds

If you request a refund, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within ten (10) business days of receipt of the product returned by crediting your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
